Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Software: when buying software we always advise you to ring or write for advice first. Please note that software will usually be posted to you by the software company for whom we are sub-agents (and who will also provide any technical support). We will always aim at matching the prices provided by the main agents, in the U.K. One advantage of buying from us, is that you will have a secondary source (ourselves) to ring for general advice, regarding the software. Postage & Packing
Postage and packing is as follows:
The Post & Packaging cost is based upon the weight of the item plus the packaging materials etc.
In the United Kingdom we generally send items 1st Class.
For European items they are always despatched Airmail.
For Worldwide destinations we offer both a Surface & Airmail despatch option.
Delivery Schedule Whenever possible, we process your order on the day that we receive it. Delivery time is generally 1-3 days in the United Kingdom, 3-5 days within Europe, 8-12 weeks Overseas (surface mail), or 4-8 days Overseas (airmail).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges There is no VAT on books, as books are zero-rated in the UK. For other items (such as software, calendars or posters), there is a 17½% VAT charge within the U.K. and the Euopean Union. Elsewhere orders are VAT free, and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
